Because all of our jewelry is handmade and personalized to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order.

Damages & Order Issues

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a personalization error, please contact us immediately at shoplarevie@gmail.com. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — no hassle, no stress.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your jewelry enters production and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or incorrect. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, but this does not apply to personalized items, in accordance with EU consumer laws.
