    We offer a 30-day return period. This means you can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package back. Packages returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues

    Check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), personalized or custom-made products, and hygiene or personal care items (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

    Please note that discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to get a different product is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

    Right of Withdrawal within the European Union (14 Days)

    If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason, in addition to our standard return policy.

    As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your purchase amount will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
