General Store Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: 5–10 working days from the date of order, including processing time.

Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Planning Around Important Occasions

If you are ordering for a specific occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or Christmas, we recommend placing your order at least 14 working days in advance. This provides additional time in case of unexpected processing or delivery delays.
